Great location, close to the ski slope and public bus stops. The hotel has excellent facilities, friendly staff, and offers a delicious breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized.
Can't think of anything. This city has many dining options even though it may take some effort to find the perfect place.

The location is perfect, with easy access to both ski resorts and a variety of local restaurants within walking distance. The attentive staff, especially Junko at the reception, provide exceptional service and are always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast, with its changing daily options, is a great start to the day.

Excellent location, close to Escal Plaza and restaurants/bars. Varied and delicious breakfast. Great staff, especially the helpful front desk personnel. Spacious and comfortable rooms with helpful amenities like drying racks and lockers.

The hotel had a nice staff and daily cleaning service. The big Onsen's bath was fantastic, with indoor and outdoor options. It was also close to the ski resort, with a shuttle available.
The hotel did not have a Merry Christmas’ spirit. The food was repetitive and lacked variety for the season.

Breakfast was a great start for our day, there was a big variety of foods that we enjoyed, plus the staff were very friendly. The location was ideal, which meant we could walk to many restaurants and local attractions. we were pleased with the spacious rooms that gave us pleasant relaxation time.
The outdoor onsen was small and we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. We also found dinner a bit pricey.
